摘要 目的探讨健康教育和心理护理对冠心病心绞痛患者的生活质量影响分析。方法选取该院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采用常规的护理措施,实验组患者在此基础上采用健康教育和心理护理干预,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、护理满意度以及生活质量评分。结果经过护理后,实验组患者治疗有效率94.28%,对照组患者治疗有效率71.43%;实验组患者护理满意度91.43%,对照组患者护理满意度74.28%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的生活质量评分明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育和心理护理可以明显提高冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果和护理满意度,患者的生活质量提升明显,值得临床广泛推广和应用。 Objective To investigate the health education and psychological care impact analysis on the quality of life in patients with angina pectoris. Methods In our hospital in August 2014 to angina patients in August 2015 admitted 70 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group 35 cases. In the control group were treated with routine care measures, the experimental group were treated with education and mental health nursing intervention on the basis of comparative analysis of the treatment groups of patients, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores. Results After treatment, patients in the experimental group had 94.28% efficiency, the efficiency of the control group patients had 71.43 percent; the experimental group patient care satisfaction of 91.43% in the control group patient care satisfaction of 74.28%, the experimental group was significantly higher, the difference statistically significant(P〈0.05).The experimental group of patients quality of life scores were significantly better than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological care can significantly improve the treatment and care of patients with angina pectoris satisfaction, significantly enhance the quality of life of patients, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
