重症患者护理中应用压疮预防的作用

目的分析探讨在重症患者应用压疮预防护理干预的效果。方法对该院2014年—2015年间收治的138例重症卧床患者实施预防性压疮护理,观察其护理效果。结果 138例实施预防性压疮护理的重症患者在住院期间未出现新发压疮事件,患者护理满意度为97.83%。结论在对于重症患者护理时,应用压疮预防性护理干预能够有效的预防和减少压疮的发生,提高患者的满意度,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To explore the effect of pressuring ulcer prevention and nursing intervention in patients with severe clinical nursing care. Methods During 2014 and 2015, explored the methods in clinical nursing care of patients with severe：Carrying out prevention of bedsore nursing 138 cases of severe bedridden patients to observe the effect of clinical nursing in our hospital. Results 138 cases of the implementation of prevention of bedsore nursing of patients with severe disease during hospitalization did not appear a new pressure ulcer event, and satisfaction of patients was 97.83%; Conclusion In the clinical care of critically ill patients, application of pressure ulcer prevention nursing intervention can effectively prevent and reduce pressure sore, improve the patient＇s clinical nursing satisfaction, promote the patient recover at an early date.
