摘要
目的为提高医疗服务质量,了解某中医院临床医生工作满意度现状。方法采用自行设计临床医生工作满意度调查问卷,对某中医院各科室200名临床医生进行问卷调查。结果利用SPSS软件分析,临床医生的工作满意度呈一般水平。不同人口学特征的总体满意度比较表明,不同性别、不同职称、不同职务、不同进修年限的临床医生工作的总体满意度差别有统计学意义;各维度临床医生工作满意度比较表明,满意度得分最高的是团队协作,对领导工作和工作性质等,满意度得分次之,这3项得分均高于总体满意度;安全感得分满意度最差,医院管理和工作环境得分,均低于总满意度得分;本研究以中医院医生的工作总体满意度得分作为应变量,以性别、年龄等12项指标为协变量,对无序多分类的变量职称、职务及从执业类别设置哑变量,进行多重线性回归分析,采用逐步法变量筛选,由多因素分析结果,临床医生的性别、职务及从事的执业类别是其工作总体满意度的可能影响因素。结论关注性别、职务、从事执业类别对临床医生工作满意度的影响。不断加强医院管理,重视团队建设;不断改善工作环境,创造工作条件;不断强化正确领导,提升安全感,提升临床的工作满意度,更好地服务患者。
Objective To improve the quality of medical service, to understand the status of the job satisfaction of clinical doctors in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 clinical departments of a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Results By using SPSS software analysis, the general level of job satisfaction of clinicians. Comparison shows that the overall satisfaction of different demographic characteristics, overall satisfaction was statistically significant in different gender, different titles, different positions, different training years of clinicians differences; compared with the dimensions of clinicians' job satisfaction, satisfaction is the highest score of teamwork,leadership and job characteristics, satisfaction score of 3 scores were higher than the overall satisfaction; security satisfaction score is the worst, the hospital management and the work environment scores were lower than the total satisfaction score; in this study, hospital doctor work overall satisfaction score as the dependent variable, with 12 indicators of gender and age as a covariate, the multinomial variables of the title, duties and from the category set dummy variables, multiple linear regression analysis, stepwise variable selection method, by many The results of the prime analysis, gender, position,and the category of practice in clinical practice were the possible influencing factors of overall job satisfaction. Conclusions The influence of gender, position and the category of practice on the job satisfaction of clinicians. Continue to strengthen hospital management, pay attention to team building, and constantly improve the working environment, create working conditions; constantly strengthen the correct leadership, enhance the sense of security, improve clinical work satisfaction, better service the patients.
