摘要 目的对比分析临床护理带教中不同带教方式的效果。方法选取2013年10月—2014年8月该院实习护士150例临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据临床护理带教中不同带教方式分成3组,a组(40例)采取跟班次带教,b组(52例)采取一对一带教,c组(58例)采取医护结合带教,对3组综合成绩、各项考核成绩与综合技能进行对比。结果 c组在3组带教后综合成绩均提高基础上,其提高幅度比a、b组更显著(P<0.05);c组各项考核成绩与综合技能均比a、b组高(P<0.05)。结论临床护理带教中采取医护结合带教方式效果更佳,有利于提高实习护士理论知识与综合技能,具有一定应用价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of different teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching. Methods Practice nurses 150 cases of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2014, according to the clinical nursing teaching, different teaching approaches are divided into three groups, group A(40 cases) take to shift the teaching, group B(n=52) to take on a belt to teach, C group(58 cases) take care combined with teaching, to compare the comprehensive scores of the three groups, the test results and comprehensive skills. Results In the three groups, the C group was significantly higher than a and B group(P〈0.05), and C group was higher than that of B group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing teaching in the medical treatment with the combination of teaching methods and teaching methods is better, it is beneficial to improve the theoretical knowledge and comprehensive skills, has a certain application value.
