摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定五维赖氨酸颗粒中维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法;色谱柱为Agela-C18;流动相:三乙胺-冰醋酸-甲醇-8 mmol/L己烷磺酸钠溶液(0.2:7.5:220:775);检测波长280 nm;流速1.0 m L/min。结果维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6分别在0.622 9~7.474 8μg(r=1.000)、0.087 7~1.052 9μg(r=1.000)、0.041 45~0.497 4μg(r=1.000)范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.2%(RSD:0.3%)、100.9%(RSD:0.5%)、98.6%(RSD:1.8%)。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于五维赖氨酸颗粒的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of vitamin B_1、vitamin B_2、vitamin B_6 in Five Vitamins and Lysine Granules. Methods HPLC was performed on an Agela-C18 column, and the mobile phase was the mixture of triethylamine-glacial acetic acid- methanol-8 mmol/Lsodium hexanesulfonate solution(0.2:7.5:220:775)at a flow rate of 1.0m L/min;The detective wavelength was 280 nm. Results The calibration curve of vitamin B_1、vitamin B_2、vitamin B_6 respectively was in good linearity over the range of 0.6229-7.4748 μg(r=1.000)、0.0877-1.0529 μg(r=1.000)、0.04145-0.4974μg(r=1.000)and the average recovery was 100.2%(RSD:0.3%)、100.9%(RSD:0.5%)、98.6%(RSD:1.8%). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the determination of vitamin B_1、vitamin B_2、vitamin B_6 in Five Vitamins and Lysine Granules.
