摘要
该文结合现阶段病房护理纠纷的基本形势,通过研究护理工作者自己、病人和社会因素,分析了护理纠纷出现的原因。在此前提下深入阐述了护理纠纷的防范方案,由提升护理工作者整体修养,营造和谐的护患关系,妥善组织护理工作者编制还有病人费用监管四个部分来规避实施护理纠纷,提高护理工作者的综合修养,深层次地更新护理思维,在具体护理工作中降低和预防护理纠纷的出现。
Based on the present situation of hospital nursing dispute, this thesis analyzes the reason of nursing dispute after studying nursing staff, patients as well as social factors, and studies prevention measures of nursing disputes from the perspective of comprehensive quality of nursing staff, harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, organization of nursing personnel and management of patients costs in order to improve nursing staff comprehensive quality update core concept of nursing and even reduce and prevent nursing dispute.
