护理干预在预防产科手术切口感染中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Incision Infection in Obstetric Operation

目的探讨产科手术切口感染的预防措施。方法将2013年8月—2015年7月之间在该院进行产科手术的206例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组53例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行综合性护理干预,对比两组患者手术切口感染的几率以及患者的满意度。结果采用不同的护理模式进行护理之后对照组患者的感染率为3.74%明显高于观察组的0.97%,对照组的患者满意度为83.5%,低于观察组的96.11%,差异有统计学意义。结论对产科手术的患者采用综合护理干预可以降低患者手术切口的感染率、促进患者手术切口的愈合、提高患者的满意度,值得在临床上推广与使用。

Objective To explore the preventive measures of the infection of incision infection in obstetric operation.Methods The 2013 August, 2015 July in our hospital is obstetric operation of 206 patients were divided into control group and observation group, 53 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, observation group of comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, compared two groups of patients with surgical incision infection probability and patients satisfaction. Results The different nursing after the control group of patients with infection rate3.74%） was significantly higher than 0.97% in the observation group in the control group, the patients＇ satisfaction was83.5%, lower than the observation group 96.11 per cent, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Patients to obstetric operation by comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incision infection rate, promote patients with operative incision healing, improve patient satisfaction, it is worth in clinical application and popularization.
