质量控制在体检中心工作中的应用探索

Investigation on the Quality Control of Medical Examination Center

目的通过实践并总结该院体检中心实施质量控制的经验,探索在体检中心工作中开展质量控制的方法与模式,探讨质量控制在实际工作中应用的效果与意义。方法在传统管理模式基础上根据该院体检中心实际工作,建立体检科特有质控体系,实施体检流程全程质量控制。结果通过实施质量控制,质量控制指标得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检中心开展实施质量控制是可行而有效的,是体检中心在管理发展上的必然趋势。

Objective The implementation of quality control in our medical examination center was summarized according to practical experience,with which to invest the way and model and to discuss the effect and significance of quality control in medical examination centers. Methods Combining with the work practice and the fact of our MEC and the related data,the proper quality control system which is applied on the basis of traditional management was carried out in the whole process. Results Indicators in quality control have been improved obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is feasible and beneficial for medical examination centers to carry out quality control,which is a necessary trend in the development of management.
