健康信念模式在冠心病患者健康教育中的应用

Health Belief Model Used in Patients with Coronary Heart Health Education

文章利用实例对比的方式阐述了健康信念模式在冠心病患者护理之中的应用。所谓健康信念模式是指利用医护人员对患者的正确指导,使其树立信心,正确了解冠心病基本常识及治疗过程。通过对冠心病住院患者和出院回访患者不同护理模式下的对比发现,采用健康信念模式的患者治疗效果更佳,患者的身体舒适度及心理满意度均有所提高。冠心病临床主要症状表现为不同程度的心绞痛,暴怒、饮酒等不良习惯均可造成病情加重。因此,临床上实施健康信念的护理模式具有积极作用,值得临床推广。

The article use examples this paper expounds the application of health belief model in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） nursing. Health belief model refers to the use of correct guidance of medical personnel to patients and make them build up confidence, correctly understand the basic common sense coronary heart disease and the treatment process. Through different nursing in patients with hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and discharge return mode contrast found that using the health belief model has better effect to treat patients, patients with physical comfort and psychological satisfaction are improved. Coronary heart disease clinical main symptoms for different levels of angina pectoris, rage, alcohol and other bad habits can cause illness. Therefore, clinical nursing model of health belief has a positive effect, worth clinical promotion.
