摘要
目的分析在急诊护理管理中实施危机管理的应用与效果的观察。方法选取该院急诊科收治的患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,其中给予对照组患者常规急诊护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施危机管理,比较两组患者风险事件发生率以及护理满意度等。结果观察组患者病情控制时间、住院时间更少,风险事件发生率更低,且患者对护理的满意度高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危机管理应用于急诊护理管理中,可加速患者病情的恢复,减少风险事件发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective To Analysis in emergency nursing management implementation of crisis management in the application and effect observation. Methods 120 cases with selection of patients admitted in our hospital emergency department,were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group, the control group patients' routine emergency nursing management, observation group in the control group on the basis of implementing crisis management,comparing two groups of patients the incidence and nursing risk events satisfaction, etc. Results Observation group patients control time, length of hospital stay, less a lower incidence of risk events, and patients to nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group patients, statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Crisis management used in emergency nursing management, can accelerate the recovery of patients, reduce risk events, improve nursing satisfaction.
