摘要
医院属于重要的医疗服务机构,能够为患者提供各类医疗与护理服务,医院的正常运营需要大量的人力资源,构建完善的人力资源管理体系成为医院的重要任务之一。医院的医技人员、护理人员、档案管理人员等数量众多,共同组成了医院这个大环境。本文就医院人力资源管理现状及对策进行了分析与探究。
Hospital is an important medical service organization,can provide all kinds of medical and nursing services,the hospital's normal operation needs a lot of human resources,build a perfect human resource management system to become one of the important tasks of the hospital.The hospital medical staff,nurses,archives management personnel number,composed of the hospital environment. This paper analyzes and explores the current situation and Countermeasures of human resource management in hospitals.
