摘要
目的为了进一步提高骨科护士工作积极性并减少医患矛盾的发生几率,分析和探讨在日常工作中实施护理主管负责制的价值和意义。方法抽取60例于2013年1月—2015年1月在该院骨科工作的护理人员作为研究对象并按照管理模式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,其中对照组护理人员实施传统的管理办法,而观察组护理人员则采取护理主管负责制,对比和分析两组的护理质量。结果经过对比分析发现,对照组在护理质量(明显不如观察组的,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理主管负责制应用到骨外科护理人员的日常管理,不仅可以显著提高患者的满意度,而且提高了护理质量,值得推广和应用。
Objective To further improve the enthusiasm of the department of orthopaedics nursing and to reduce the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion of the meaning of the nursing director responsibility system on working enthusiasm of nurses. Methods Sixty nurses were selected in our hospital which were divided randomly into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The observation group received nursing director responsibility system on working,the control group was given the traditional management,observed two groups of clinical treated efficiency. Results After flexibility management,the evaluation scores of nurses' self-efficacy, nursing quality and patient satisfaction increase significantly,and the differences have statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing director responsibility system for rational management of nursing staff,can significantly improve the satisfacti on of patient s,nursing staff's sense of accomplishment and ability,it is worth to popularize.
