手术室感染的危险因素及管理对策

The risk factors and management measures of operation room infection

目的探讨手术室感染的危险因素及管理对策。方法选取该院2014年1月—2015年5月进行手术治疗的5200例患者为研究对象,按照是否合并有感染分为感染组180例和非感染组5020例,对感染的危险因素进行分析,并针对感染的危险因素提出管理对策。结果年龄>60岁、合并慢性病、手术持续时间>2 h、急诊手术、术中未输血、使用呼吸机以及术中参观人数>3等均是手术室感染的危险因素。感染组的术前空气菌落数和术后空气菌落数以及医护人员的手菌落数均高于非感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室感染的危险因素较多,应该针对危险因素制定相关管理对策以减少感染的发生。

Objective To investigate the risk factors and nursing management measures of infection in operation room.Methods 5200 patients with surgical treatment from May 2015 to January 2014 were selected as the research object, they were divided into 180 cases of infected group and 5020 cases of non infected group according to whether the combined infection, the risk factors of infection were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward according to the risk factors of infection. Results Age 〉60 years old, chronic disease, surgery duration, 2 h, emergency surgery, intraoperative blood transfusion, use of ventilator, and the number of visits during the operation were all the risk factors of infection in the operation room（P〈0.05）. The number of colonies and the number of colonies in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the non infected group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions There are many risk factors of infection in operation room, and the countermeasures to reduce the incidence of infection should be aimed at the risk factors.
