病案管理在防范医疗纠纷中的应用探究

Research on the Application of Medical Record Management in the Prevention of Medical Disputes

目的探讨病案管理在医疗纠纷中的防范作用。方法以2012年10月—2015年1月文山州人民医院收治入院的150例住院患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组75例,对照组不开展相关病案管理,观察组加强病案管理,观察两组医疗纠纷发生率。结果观察组医疗纠纷发生率明显低于对照组(2.7%vs21.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完善的病案管理对于防范医疗纠纷,降低其发生率具有重要意义,各级医院均应当加强病案管理促进医院的稳定发展。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of medical record management in medical disputes. Methods 150 hospitalized patients admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to January were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases in each group, the control group was not carried out the relevant medical record management, the observation group to strengthen the medical record management, observation of the two groups of medical disputes. Results The incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（2.7%vs21.3%）,P0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The perfect medical record management is of great significance to prevent medical disputes and reduce the incidence of medical disputes. All levels of hospitals should strengthen the management of medical records to promote the stable development of the hospital.
