With the continuous innovation of medical technology, biomedical model has gradually been replaced by bio psycho social medical model, nursing safety culture has become the focus of medical care institutions and ordinary patients,this paper aims to explore the construction of nursing safety culture management system, and the implementation and application in the prevention of medical errors.
