新常态下医院档案管理探索

Exploration of Hospital Archives Management under the New Normal

现阶段,我国经济发展逐渐步入新常态,呈现出不同的发展理念和趋势,为了有效顺应时代发展趋势,以全新的工作思维和视角开展经营管理。具体到医院的经营管理,尤其是档案管理,更应该不断融入新的工作理念,以人为本,充分调动管理人员的工作积极性,为广大患者服务。该文就新常态下医院档案管理工作进行了探讨,就其中存在的问题、原因以及管理策略进行了进一步分析。

At the present stage, the economic development of our country gradually into the new normal, showing a different ideas and trends of development, in order to conform to the development trend of the times, with new thinking and perspective to carry out management. Specific to the operation and management of hospitals, particularly in the archives management, should continue to invest new working concept, people-oriented, fully mobilize the enthusiasm for the work of the management personnel, services for the majority of patients. In this paper, under the new normal hospital archives management are discussed, the existing problems, causes and management strategies were further analyzed.
