疼痛管理在胫骨平台骨折手术中的应用体会

Pain Management in the Application of Tibial Plateau Fracture Surgery

目的探讨疼痛管理在胫骨平台骨折手术中的应用体会。方法选取自2014年7月—2015年7月在该院实行胫骨平台骨折手术的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例患者,给予对照组患者实行常规护理,给予实验组患者自入院以来实施疼痛管理,比较两组患者疼痛缓解效果,术后并发症发生情况、住院时间以及两组患者对护理的满意度。结果实验患者术后疼痛程度明显比对照组疼痛程度轻(P<0.05),并发症率明显低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,且实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予胫骨平台骨折手术患者实行疼痛管理,可以有效地减少创伤患者疼痛程度,降低患者使用镇痛药的频率,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率,疗效显著,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective Discuss the application of pain management in tibial plateau fracture surgery. Methods Select from July 2014 to July 2014 in our hospital for tibial plateau fracture surgery of 100 cases of patients as the research object,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the 50 cases in each group,to the control group patients in routine care,the experimental group patients＇ pain management since the hospital,compare two groups of patients with pain relief effect, postoperative complications, the length of time and two groups of patients to nursing satisfaction. Results Experiments in patients with postoperative pain was significantly lighter than control degree of pain（P 0.05）,complication rates significantly lower than the control group,in hospital was shorter than the control group,the experimental group and satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tibial plateau fracture surgery patients＇ pain management,can effectively reduce the degree of trauma patients pain,they reduce the frequency of the use of analgesics,improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work,reduce the incidence of disputes, nurses and patients,curative effect is distinct,worth is widely applied in clinical nursing work.
