摘要
目的分析科室出现护理安全事故的因素及制定相关护理管理制度,对降低医院安全事故发生率及提高护理服务质量的影响。方法选取该院于2014年1月—2015年8月期间神经外科在职护理人员30例作为研究对象,自2014年1—12月期间该科室未实施护理管理模式;于2015年1—8月期间实施优质护理管理模式,观察两组时间段医护人员护理能力提升情况。选取同时段神经外科患者100例,分为对照组50例与研究组50例,汇总其两年度发生安全事故例数,分析其共有的危险因素及制定相关管理制度,比较两年度的安全事故发生率。结果 2014年1—12月期间对照组发生安全事故12例,安全事件发生率为24%,2015年1—8月期间研究组发生安全事故2例,安全事故发生率为4%,研究组较低,P<0.05。科室未实施护理管理模式前护理人员自身护理专业技能、科室常见疾病及用药知识掌握情况、提供优质护理责任感等指标评分均低于实施优质护理管理模式后,P<0.05。结论医院发生护理安全事件主要因素包括护理人员自身责任感不强、护理专业技能掌握度不高及科室未实行有效的管理制度。针对上述原因制定优质的护理管理制度并在全院实行可以有效减少安全事件发生率,提高护理人员自身专业技能,为患者提供优质护理服务,帮助其更好地恢复健康。
Objective To analyze the nursing incidents, formulate the corresponding nursing strategy, reduce the incidence rate of incidents and improve the nursing service quality. Methods 30 in-service nurses treated from January 2014 to August 2015 in our neurosurgery were selected. From January 2014 to December 2014, the nursing management mode was not applied; from January 2015 to August 2015, the high-quality nursing management mode was applied. The nursing improvements of medical staff at two time periods were observed. There were 100 cases of neurosurgery. The patients were divided into control group and study group, 50 cases each group. The cases of incidents were summarized to analyze the common risk factors and formulate the corresponding management system. The incidence rate of incidents was compared. Results From January 2014 to December 2014, there were 12 cases of incidents; the incidence rate of incidents was 24%.From January 2015 to August 2015, there were 2 cases of incidents; the incidence rate of incidents was 4%(P0.05);the evaluation score of the nurse's professional skills, mastery of common disease and medication and responsibility of high-quality nursing was better than before(P〈0.05).
