银屑病患者生活质量影响因素分析

Quality of life of patients with psoriasis factor analysis and research

目的对银屑病患者的生活质量进行调查,并分析影响银屑病患者生活质量的相关因素。方法选取2013年7月—2015年7月的123例银屑病患者作为研究对象,采用与皮肤病相关的问卷调查表对所有病例的生活质量进行调查分析,调查内容主要包括病情状况、病情发展的严重程度、银屑病患者生活质量指数及社会人口学特征等。结果问卷调查结果显示,123例银屑病患者的皮肤病平均生活质量指数(DLQI)为(12.03±3.28)分,同时分析对银屑病患者生活质量造成影响的因素较多,包括年龄、经济收入、受教育水平、工作状态、皮肤病严重程度、皮肤破损部位瘙痒及出血程度、关节损伤、皮肤暴露、并发症,采用多元线性回归方程分析为71.2%。结论调查研究结果显示,银屑病患者的生活在多种因素的影响下,质量较差。医护人员应从调查研究结果的影响因素入手,全面了解患者,从而进一步提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Investigate the quality of life in patients with psoriasis, and analyze the related factors influencing the psoriatic patients quality of life. Methods Selected in July 2013- July 2015, 123 cases of psoriasis patients as the research object, using skin disease related questionnaire to investigate the quality of life in all the cases analysis, investigation content mainly includes the condition is, the severity of the illness development, psoriasis patient＇s quality of life index and social demographic characteristics,etc. Results The questionnaire survey, 123 cases of patients with psoriasis average dermatology life quality index（DLQI） was（12.03±3.28）, at the same time, the analysis of the influence of quality of life in patients with psoriasis caused many factors, including age, income, education level, work status, severity skin itching, skin damage and bleeding, joint damage, skin exposure, complications, using multiple linear regression equation analysis was71.2%. Conclusion Investigation and study, according to the results of psoriasis patients living in a variety of factors, under the influence of poor quality.Medical staff should begin from the research results, the influence factors of a comprehensive understanding of patients, so as to further improve the patient＇s quality of life.
