摘要
目的研究CT与核磁共振对股骨头坏死患者的诊断价值探析。方法随机抽取2013年1月—2014年1月间该院接收治疗的50例股骨头坏死患者为该次研究对象,对全部股骨头坏死患者的临床病历资料进行回顾分析,按照检查方法对全部股骨头坏死患者进行组别划分,将接受CT检查的25例股骨头坏死患者分配到CT组,将接受核磁共振检查的另外25例股骨头坏死患者分配到MRI组,观察对比两组股骨头坏死患者的检查结果。结果经病理检查结果显示,该次研究的50例患者均确诊为股骨头坏死。CT组25例股骨头坏死患者中,CT检查阳性率为92%(23/25);MRI组25例股骨头坏死患者中,MRI检查阳性率为96%(24/25);MRI组髋关节积液被检出的患者数量比CT组多。结论 MRI对股骨头坏死的检出率要稍高于CT检查,由于MRI对髋关节积液的检出效率较高,因此,MRI对股骨头坏死的临床诊断价值要比CT对股骨头坏死的临床诊断价值高。
Objective To study the mri and CT of the clinical diagnostic value of femoral head necrosis. Methods Randomly selected January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital to receive treatment of 50 cases of patients with femoral head necrosis as the study object, and the clinical medical records of all patients with femoral head necrosis were retrospective analysis, carried out in accordance with the inspection method for all patients with femoral head necrosis group division,will accept the CT examination of 25 patients with femoral head necrosis were assigned to CT group and an MRI exam will be another MRI group, 25 patients with femoral head necrosis were assigned to observation results compared two groups of patients with femoral head necrosis. Results The pathologic examination, according to the results of the study of 50 patients were diagnosed as femoral head necrosis.CT group of 25 patients with femoral head necrosis, CT examination positive rate was 92%(23/25);MRI of 25 patients with femoral head necrosis, MRI positive rate was 96%(24/25);MRI group of hip joint effusion is detected more than the number of patients with CT group. Conclusion MRI for detection of the necrosis of the femoral head is a bit higher than that of CT examination, due to the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of the hip joint effusion detection efficiency is higher, therefore, MRI the clinical diagnostic value of femoral head necrosis is higher than the clinical diagnostic value of CT for femoral head necrosis.
