病例讨论教学法在心内科见习带教中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究心内科见习带教中采用病例讨论教学法教学的临床应用。方法纳入56名2014年1月—2015年1月期间于心内科见习的临床五年制见习生,根据见习带教方式的不同分为两组,其中28名学生采用传统教学法作为对照组,另28名学生采用病例讨论教学法作为观察组;观察两组学生见习后的考核成绩情况。结果两组学生见习结束后,观察组学生的出科考试总分明显优于对照组学生,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例讨论教学法可有效地培养学生的临床思维能力和综合素质,较好的激发了学生学习的主动性,巩固学生的理论知识,增强学生的逻辑思维能力,起到了良好的教学效果。 Objective To study the clinical application of case discussion methods in the practice teaching of cardiology department. Methods 56 five-year students made the internship from January 2014 to January 2015 in the cardiology department were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods, 28 cases each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching methods; the observation group adopted the case discussion methods. The examination achievement for two groups was observed. Results After internship, the overall examination score for observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The case discussion methods can efficiently improve the student's clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality, better motivate the learning initiatives,strengthen the student's theoretical knowledge and logical thinking ability. It has achieved a favorable teaching effect.
