摘要 每一种教学方法都有其优缺点,随着教育理念的转变和学科知识量的不断增多,教师必须根据教学内容、教学资源和师生的实际情况改革教学方法。在医学微生物学教学过程中,笔者探索应用问题引导教学法,在提高教师素质病设计高质量问题的基础上,通过以临床问题为中心开展理论教学,以病例讨论为引导开展实验课教学,以临床问题为基础开展科研活动,以临床问题引导学生自学和预习。实践证明这种方法具有基础与临床相结合,有利于激发和调动学习积极性和主动性,有利于培养学生的自学能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。 Each teaching method has its advantages and disadvantages, with the educational philosophy of change and the growing amount of academic knowledge, teachers must be based on the course content, the actual situation of the reform of teaching methods of teaching resources and teachers and students. In medical microbiology teaching process, explore the application of guided teaching method, improve teacher quality in the design of high-quality issues on the basis of the disease, through to clinical problems as the center for theoretical teaching, case discussion as a guide to carry out experimental teaching to clinical problems as a basis for research activities to clinical questions to guide students to self-study and prep.This approach has proved to basic and clinical combine learning help to stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative help students self-learning ability and to analyze and solve problems.
