护理风险管理在放射科介入治疗中的应用体会

Experience of Nursing Risk Management in Interventional Radiology Therapy

目的探讨护理风险管理在放射科介入治疗中的应用体会。方法 2014年度在该院放射科介入治疗中心护理组实施护理风险管理,并且与2013年度的护理结果进行比较。结果将两个年度的护理结果进行比较,在护理人员综合素质评分和介入治疗中心护理质量相关指标方面,具有显著的差异,取得了较好的护理效果。结论在放射科介入治疗中心实施护理风险管理,能显著提升护理人员的综合素质,提高护理质量,减少护理差错率,改善医患关系,使放射科介入治疗中心的护理质量得到持续性改进。

Objective To investigate Experience of nursing risk management in interventional radiology therapy. Methods In 2014, implement of nursing risk management in interventional radiology treatment center of our hospital, and comparing the nursing result with that in 2013. Results The results of two years of nursing were compared. The overall quality score of nursing staff and care quality-related indicators of interventional treatment center had a significant difference and achieved good nursing effect. Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in interventional radiology treatment center can significantly enhance the overall quality of nursing staff, improve quality of care, reduce the error rate of care, improve doctor-patient relationship and the quality of care in interventional radiology treatment center can improve continuously.
