某院内科住院患者抗菌药物管理成效分析

Analyze the Effect of Antibacterial Agent Management for Medical Inpatients in the Hospital

目的分析探讨对内科住院患者采用抗菌药物管理的临床效果。方法在该院2014年10月—2015年8月内科的患者中随机选取200例并随机分为对照组(仅进行一些常规的抗菌药物治疗)和观察组(进行抗菌药物的管理治疗)各100例,比较两组患者药物联用的情况和使用的强度。结果观察组抗菌药物单用和联用情况明显低于对照组患者抗菌药物单用和联用情况,观察组患者使用强度均值(39.94)明显低于对照组患者使用强度均值(50.83),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗菌药物管理有效提高了医疗的质量和安全,此类药物规范性和合理性有明显的提高,值得临床上大力推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of antibacterial agent management for medical inpatients. Methods 200 medical patients treated from October 2014 to August 2015 in our medical department were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group（conventional antibacterial agent） and observation group（antibacterial agent management）,100 cases each group. The drug combination and dosage for two groups was compared. Results The single and combined medication for observation group was significantly lower than that of control group; the dosage of observation group（39.94）was significantly lower than that of control group（50.83）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The antibacterial agent management can efficiently improve the medical quality and safety. The normalization and rationality of the drug is greatly improved. It is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
