药品分级管理对医院抗菌药物使用的影响

Impact of Classification Management of Drug in the Antibacterial Agents

目的研究药品分级管理制度对该院抗菌药物使用的影响。方法选取该院2013年1月—2014年12月期间抗菌药物使用记录,以年度为单位进行统计,观察该院抗菌药物的使用情况。该院2013年1月—2013年12月期间未实行药品分级管理制度,2014年1月起实施药品分级管理制度。结果 2013年度抗菌药物全年销售额占全部药品的22.76%,2014年度降低为13.08%,但两年差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2014年度相对于2013年度来说,一线抗菌药、三线抗菌药所占比例均有明显下降,而二线抗菌药有明显上升(P<0.05)。结论开展药品分级管理制度使该院抗菌药物使用逐渐合理化,但二线药物的使用仍然是目前亟待解决的问题,需要进一步研究制定解决方案。

Objective To study the impact of classification management of drug in the antibacterial agents. Methods The antibacterial agents used from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital was annually counted. The usage of antibacterial agents in our hospital was observed. From January 2013 to December 2013, the classification management of drug was not applied. Since January 2014, the classification management of drug was applied. Results In 2013, the annual sales of antibacterial agents accounted for 22.76%. In 2014, the annual sales of antibacterial agents just accounted for 13.08%（P〉0.05）;the sales of the first-level and third-level antibacterial agents in 2014 was much lower than that of 2013; the sales of the second-level antibacterial agents in 2014 was much higher than that of 2013（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The classification management of drug tends to be reasonable. The usage of second-level antibacterial agents is still to be solved and further to be explored.
