With the rapid development of computer information technology, the wide application of the computer information technology has brought great convenience to all walks of life. This technology in the hospital electronic file management work in the promotion of the use of the archives management of the qualitative leap, and the communication between doctors and patients to provide a credit platform to facilitate the accumulation of complete information for medical, teaching,scientific research and other aspects of the work. In the hospital, the establishment of electronic archives database, the realization of archives resources sharing, the formation of the hospital archives management process of the unification, modernization, for the maintenance of the hospital＇s historical reality, maintain the hospital＇s health, sustainable development has important practical significance. File management work, has become a prerequisite for improving the overall level of hospital work. In this paper, the establishment of the hospital electronic records, build credit platform, improve and development,and innovation management, to provide a few suggestions, in order to provide a theoretical help for the development of hospital archives.
