摘要
目的探讨分析医疗卫生机构中存在的财务管理问题。方法选取该院2014年8月—2015年5月工作人员28名,并分析同时间段内管理方面相关数据信息,探讨其存在的管理问题,通过探讨分析制定提出科学的财务管理应对措施。结果 28名人员中8名认为财务人员法律意识不强,有11名认为卫生机构财务管理激励机制不够,有9例认为财务人员素质较低。结论医疗卫生机构财务管理工作中存在财务管理人员以及其相关工作人员综合素质较低、法律意识薄弱,财务管理工作中缺乏激励措施等问题,应在医疗卫生机构的财务管理工作中通过相关知识培训及机制调整,提高人员管理意识,建立健全激励机制,还要不断提高财务管理相关人员的法律法规知识,始终坚持依据财务管理的原则进行工作,保障日常财务管理工作中会计信息的合法性、完整性、真实性,确保财务管理工作在医疗卫生机构中的顺利开展。
Objective To investigate and analyze the the financial management issues of medical and health institutions.Methods 28 medical staff in our hospital were selected from August 2014 to May 2015.we analyzed the management of data at the same period,and investigated management issues.we also formulated scientific financial management response. Results Eight of the 28 staff considered that finance staff awareness of the law was not strong,11 staff considered that financial management incentivesof health institutions was not enough,9 staff considered that the quality of financial personnel was low. Conclusion There were financial management and its associated staff integrated low quality, weak legal awareness,lack of financial management incentives and other issues in financial management of medical and health institutions.To ensure that they always adhere to the principles on the basis of financial management work and guarantee the daily financial management accounting information in the legitimacy of integrity, authenticity and ensure that the financial management in the health institutions smoothly,it is necessary to improve staff management awareness, establish and improvethe incentive mechanism,and improve the knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial management personnel through training and knowledge adjustment mechanism.
