摘要
目的探讨护理干预对晚期癌症患者自我管理行为的影响。方法 135例晚期癌症患者随机分为两组。干预组(n=82)在常规治疗的基础上,通过对患者自我管理行为能力评价,针对性给予护理干预,干预时间为3个月;对照组(n=53)仅给予常规对症治疗。6个月后比较两组患者的自我管理行为能力及病情控制情况。结果干预组自我管理行为能力及病情控制情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对社区晚期癌症患者自我管理行为针对性给予护理干预。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on self management behavior of patients with advanced cancer. Methods 135 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group（n=82）was treated by routine treatment. The patients were treated with the ability of self management. The intervention time was 3months, and the control group（n=53） was given conventional symptomatic treatment. 6 months after the comparison of the two groups of patients with self management behavior and disease control. Results The ability of self management and the control of disease in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self management behavior of the patients with advanced cancer in the community can be targeted to the nursing intervention, and the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer can be better controlled.
