摘要
目的探索病案分析教学法与循证医学教育相结合(CBL+EBM)对病理生理学课程中器官功能不全章节教学效果的影响。方法依据病理生理学课程中器官病理生理学部分课程难度大,知识联系性强,病例容易联系现实生活,采用了病案分析教学法与循证医学教育相结合的教学方法,从案列讨论,问卷调查,学习主动性对教学效果评价的同时探索教学实施中应注意的问题。结果大多数学生表现出EBM+CBL教学的兴趣和更好的学习主动性,对器官功能不全章节内容产生兴趣,学习主动性强。结论 CBL+EBM有助于提高对器官功能不全章节的教学效果。
Objective To explore(EBM +CBL)organ dysfunction in the pathophysiology courses section teaching effect.Methods On the basis of pathophysiology courses in the part organ pathological physiology course is difficult, the knowledge item is strong, cases of easy contact with reality, using the case of analysis and the combination of evidence-based medicine education teaching method, from the case discussion, questionnaire survey, to evaluate the teaching effect learning initiative and explore problems should be paid attention to in teaching. Results Most of the students show the EBM + CBL teaching interested in organ dysfunction chapters content, strong learning initiative. Conclusion The CBL + EBM is helpful to improve the teaching effect of organ dysfunction section.
