骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤的急救与护理管理

Pelvic Fractures Combined First aid and Nursing Management of Urethral Injury

目的探讨骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤的急救方法和护理管理措施。方法抽取该院骨科2012年9月—2013年4月就诊的64例骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤的患者病例资料进行回顾性研究,针对64例患者的各种病例资料,总结有效的急救方法和护理管理方法。对比患者治疗前、后疼痛程度、关节活动度和治疗前、后不良情绪发生率。结果 64例患者治疗后疼痛程度和关节活动度均较治疗前明显缓解(P<0.05);治疗后患者不良情绪发生率较明显较治疗前低(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤患者大都病情复杂,应随时做好急救准备的同时有效管理护理流程的每个细节,严密观察患者病情变化,适当进行功能锻炼,可以有效保证患者生命安全,树立患者对疾病的正确认识,促进功能恢复,改善患者生活质量。

Objective Investigate the pelvic fractures combined urethral injury first aid method and nursing measures.Methods Draw our orthopaedic hospital between September 2012 and April 2012 of 64 cases of pelvic fractures with urethral injury patients clinical data were retrospectively study, in the light of the case data of the 64 patients, summarizes the effective first aid method and nursing management methods. Compared before and after treatment and the degree of pain,joint mobility incidence of treatment before and after the bad mood. Results 64 patients after treatment was obviously the degree of pain and joint mobility ease（P〈0.05）,statistically significant; Treatment of patients after bad mood incidence is obviously lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pelvic fractures combined urethral injury patient condition is complex, mostly should be prepared to emergency at any time and at the same time, effective management of the nursing process every detail carefully observe patients condition change, the appropriate functional exercise, can effectively ensure the safety of patients life, set up the correct understanding of disease, patients with promote the functional recovery, improve patient quality of life.
