摘要
目的分析急诊科实施ABC三区分诊急救护理模式的效果。方法该院急诊科自2014年1月起在急诊护理工作中实施ABC三区分诊急救护理模式,而此前的2013年实施传统的急救护理模式,对比两种护理模式下护理人员满意率和患者满意率的差异,比较两种护理模式的优点和缺点。结果经过数据统计发现,2014年护理人员满意率和患者满意率均明显高于2013年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施ABC三区分诊急救护理模式可提高分诊效率,可以优化急诊科护理人力资源配置,可将其作为一种有效的急诊分诊模式进行推广。
Objective Analysis of the emergency department to implement ABC three triage the effect of emergency nursing mode. Methods In our hospital emergency department since January 2014, the implementation of ABC in the emergency nursing triage of three emergency care mode, and after 2013 the implementation of traditional mode of emergency care, compared to two kinds of nursing mode, nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction difference, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of nursing mode. Results Through data statistics found that in 2014 nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction were significantly higher than in 2013, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementing ABC three emergency triage nursing mode can improve the efficiency of triage, can optimize the emergency nursing human resources allocation, it can be as a kind of effective emergency triage mode for promotion.
