品管圈活动在流产后关爱患者电话回访中的应用价值

The Application Value of Quality Control Circle Activity in Telephone Return Visit of Post Abortion Care Patients

目的研究品管圈活动应用于流产患者电话回访中的效果。方法选取该院90例流产患者进行研究,分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法电话回访,对照组通过进行品管圈活动对患者进行电话回访,对比两组患者回访受拒率、抑郁、焦虑等消极情绪发生率以及对回访工作的满意度。结果实验组患者的回访受拒率以及消极情绪发生率低于对照组,而对回访工作的满意度高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于流产患者的电话回访中,不仅能减少患者对电话回访的拒绝率,减轻患者的消极情绪,并且能够提高患者对电话回访工作的满意度,效果显著。

Objective To study the quality control circle activities used in abortion. Methods Selected in our hospital 90 cases of abortion patients,divided into the control group and the experimental group and the control group were treated with routine method,and the control group by QC circle activities on the affected phone pay a return visit,compared two groups of patients pay a return visit by refusing to rate,depression,anxiety and other negative emotions and to return to the work satisfaction. Results The experimental group patients pay a return visit rate and negative emotion incidence rate lower than that of the control group,and to return to the work satisfaction is higher than the control group,the group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion QC circle activities used in telephone interviews of abortion patients,not only can reduce patients of telephone interviews in the rejection rate,reduce the patient＇s negative emotions,and can improve the satisfaction of patients of telephone return visit,the effect is remarkable.
