I^(125)粒子植入联合中医中药治疗肺癌近期疗效的CT评价

The Term Efficacy of CT-guaid I^(125) Seed Implantation with Chinese Medicine in Lung Cancer Evaluated by CT

目的探讨通过CT评价以I^125粒子植入术为主、中医中药治疗为辅的方案治疗肺癌的近期疗效。方法搜集证实为肺癌的病例91例,治疗前均行CT扫描,均采用I^125粒子植入病灶和口服中药的治疗方法,治疗后2月时复查CT,通过治疗前后的CT图像评价近期的疗效。结果 91例病人共118个病灶植入粒子,治疗2月后复查CT发现16个病灶的粒子发生移位,有43例达到完全缓解,29例部分缓解,16例病变稳定,进展的仅有3例,达到缓解的病例中非小细胞肺癌占93.1%;I^125粒子植入后有25例出现气胸、咯血、发热等并发证。结论 I^125粒子植入联合中医中药治疗对肺癌的早期疗效显著,尤其是非小细胞肺癌。

Objective To explore the term efficacy of CT-guaid I^125 seed implantation with Chinese medicine in lung cancer evaluated by CT. Methods 91 cases confirmed lung cancer were treated by CT-guaid I^125 seed implantation and oral medicine. All patients were checked by CT before and two months after treatment, the images were compared to evaluated the efficacy. Results 118 lesions in 91 cases were implanted I^125 seeds, I^125 seeds in 16 lesions displaced after 2 months. 43 cases of complete remission, 29 cases of partial remission, 16 cases of stable disease and 3 cases of progression were evaluated by CT after treating, 93.1% of the cases of remission were non-small cell lung cancer. 25 cases had the accompanying symptoms such as pneumothorax, hemoptysis, fever and so on. Conclusion The term efficacy of I1~25 seed implantation with Chinese medicine in treating lung cancer is perfect, especially in non-small cell lung cancer.
