摘要
目的调查分析包头医学院2014届实习护生临床沟通能力现状,明确实习生临床沟通中存在的具体问题,为做好相关培养提供依据。方法通过问卷"护生临床沟通能力测评量表"为调查工具,以实习护生为调查对象收集资料。结果护理本科实习生临床沟通能力各维度中得分较高的是敏锐倾听和传递有效信息两个方面,得分较低的是验证感受和确认病人问题,护生的沟通能力影响因素有性别、家庭所在地、是否担任学生干部,与父母、同学、临床带教老师的呈正相关。结论当前本科护生临床沟通能力处于中等水平,应通过学校教育教学方法的多样化、临床带教能力的提高等方面进一步强化对实习护生的临床沟通能力培养。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of clinical communication skills of the 2014 nursing students in Baotou Medical College, and to clarify the specific problems in clinical practice, and to provide the basis for the development of the relevant training. Methods To investigate the clinical communication ability of nursing students, and to collect data from the students. Results The clinical communication ability of nursing undergraduate interns were significantly higher than that in two aspects: listening and delivery of effective information. The score was lower. It was verified that there was a positive correlation between gender, family location and teachers. Conclusion The clinical communication ability of nursing students is at a medium level, which should be further strengthened by the diversification of school education teaching method, the improvement of clinical teaching ability and so on.
