CRAMS评分法在院前急救创伤患者中的应用研究

CRAMS Score Method in the Application Research of Pre-hospital Emergency Trauma Patients

目的评价CRAMS评分法在院前抢救创伤患者中的应用价值。方法以该中心2013年6月—2014年6月院前急救120例创伤患者作为研究对象,分成实验组与对照组各60例,实验组采用CRAMS评分法进行院前诊断、急救与转运;对照组采用常规检伤与急救。比较两组院前救治效果等。结果实验组成功实现了院前急救、途中转运及院内急诊科后续抢救;与对照组比较,实验组的院前急救成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论院前急救创伤患者采用CRAMS评分法可快速明确伤情轻重,提高院前救治有效率,显著降低患者死亡率。CRAMS评分法对指导院前急救医师开展高质量的院前急救具有重要临床意义。

Objective CRAMS score evaluation method in the value of pre-hospital rescue trauma patients. Methods In my center in June 2013 to June 2014, 120 cases of pre-hospital emergency trauma patients as the research object,Divided into experimental group and the control group（n=60）,The experimental group CRAMS score method is adopted to improve the pre-hospital diagnosis, first aid and transportation;The control group using conventional triage and first aid. Compare two groups of pre-hospital treatment effect, etc. Results Experimental group succeeded in pre-hospital first aid, on the way to transport and hospital emergency department subsequent rescue; Compared with control group, experimental group of pre-hospital first-aid success rate is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency trauma patients adopt CRAMS score method can rapidly clear the injury severity,improve pre-hospital treatment efficiency, significantly reduce the mortality. Pre-hospital emergency CRAMS score method to guide physicians to carry out the high quality of pre-hospital first aid has important clinical significance.
