中医整体护理对眩晕症患者的护理效果分析

The Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Overall Nursing care of Patients with Vertigo Effect Observation

目的探析眩晕症患者实施中医整体护理干预的有效性。方法抽取该院2013年12月—2015年9月收治的82例眩晕症患者作为研究对象,分成观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施中医整体护理干预,对比两组研究对象的护理总有效率。结果结果显示,观察组、对照组护理总有效率分别为92.68%、73.17%,观察组护理总有效率明显高于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医整体护理用于眩晕症患者的临床护理工作中可有效提高患者的治疗效果,对改善患者治疗预后具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To analyze patients with vertigo the effectiveness of the implementation of overall nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Extract from December 2013 to Septemter 2015 were 82 patients with vertigo as the research object, is divided into observation group and control group, control group routine nursing intervention, observation group of implementation of overall nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, compared to two groups total effective rate of nursing. Results the results showed that the observation group, control group total effective rate were 92.68%,73.17%, total effective nursing observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, there was data contrast differences between groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine overall nursing to the clinical nursing of patients with vertigo can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients, has very important significance for improving the prognosis of patients
