Factors and Countermeasures of Unqualified blood Specimens in Clinical Examination

目的探讨在临床检测中血液标本的存在的不合格因素及其对策。方法选择对2014年3月—2015年2月期间检验科采集的1 178例血液标本患者资料进行回顾性分析,了解在血液标本的采集中出现标本不合格的主要原因,并根据产生这些问题的原因提出相关的对策和建议,以提高检验科血液检验质量。结果通过对采集到的1 178例检验血液标本的资料分析,不合格标本为102例,占整体标本总数的9%。对不合格标本进行归纳分析,其中凝血为37例,溶血为33例,血液量不标准为21例,采集不规范为11例。结论血液检验标本的准确性将直接关系到医生对病人病情的诊断与判断,不合格的血液标准将严重影响医生对患者病情的准确判断,从而耽误患者的治疗。由此必须全面加强对检验科血液检验的质量,并有效规避其中的问题。

Objective To investigate the non qualified factors and related countermeasures in the detection of blood samples in clinical testing. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to March 2014 to 2015 during the month of February laboratory acquisition of 1 178 cases of blood samples were, to understand in the collection of blood samples appear the main reason of unqualified samples, and according to these problems put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to improve the quality of the inspection department of Hematology test. Results Through the analysis of the collected data of1 178 cases of blood samples, unqualified specimens were 102 cases, accounting for 9% of the total number of the whole specimen. The unqualified specimens were analyzed, including 37 cases of blood coagulation, 33 cases of hemolysis, 21 cases of blood volume were not standard, and 11 cases were collected. Conclusion Blood test specimens of accuracy will be directly related to the doctor to the patient diagnosis and judgment, the unqualified blood standards will seriously influence the doctor of the patient’s condition accurately judge to delay patient treatment. It is necessary to strengthen the quality of blood test in the laboratory, and effectively avoid the problem.
