摘要 目的分析绩效管理在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院外科、妇科、产科、心血管科、儿科等五大科室进行研究,比较实施绩效管理前后的护理管理工作质量。结果实施绩效管理后在基础护理、整体护理、病房管理以及健康教育等方面的护理质量评分均高于实施前(P<0.05),实施前患者的满意度评分为(90.6±3.4)分,明显低于实施后的满意度评分(95.3±2.4)分,组间比较(t=13.292,P<0.05)。结论绩效管理在医院护理管理工作中的应用,提高了患者的护理满意度,改善了医院的整体护理水平,具有重要的应用价值。 Objective to analyze the application effect of performance management in hospital nursing management. Methods five departments in our hospital, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, Department of Cardiology, pediatric research, the implementation of performance management mode as control group, the implementation of performance management as the observation group, compared two groups of the implementation of performance management and the management of nursing quality. Results observation group in terms of basic nursing, holistic nursing, ward management and health education quality of care scores were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05), control group in the score of satisfaction for(90.6±3.4), significantly lower than the observation group satisfaction scores(95.3 ±2.4) points, between the two groups(t=13.292,P 〈0.05). Conclusion the application of performance management in hospital nursing management, improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction, improve the hospital’s overall nursing level, has important application value.
