摘要
目的研究一种用于尿钙快速检测的试剂盒。方法利用钙指示剂与钙离子发生显色反应,指示钙离子的浓度。通过控制不同EDTA溶液的用量,制备出可检测不同浓度尿钙的试剂盒。结果与原子吸收法对实际尿样进行对比试验,实验结果符合率100%。结论试剂盒具有制作简单、使用方便、价格便宜和结果可靠的优势,该试剂盒可以可用于实际标本中尿钙含量的半定量检测,适用于家庭定期、快速测定尿钙含量。
Objective Development of a rapid test kit for urinary calcium. Mothods Cal-Red Purpose A test kit for rapid detection of urinary calcium was researched.Chromogenic reaction of calcium indicator with calcium ions can indicate the concentration of calcium ions. Test kits with different dosage of the EDTA solution can be used to detected different concentrations of urinary calcium. Results Compared with atomic absorption method for the real urinary sample, the results showed that the coincidence rate is 100%. Conclusion This test kit was cheap, simple and reliable. The test kit can be used to semi-quantitative detection of urinary calcium in real urinary sample, and can be used in family regular and rapid tests.
