自定位微创接骨板内固定治疗中段或近端胫骨骨折的效果分析

The Positioning of Minimally Invasive Bone Plate Internal Fixation Treatment of Middle or Proximal Tibial Fracture Analysis of the Clinical Significance

目的分析自定位微创接骨板内固定治疗中段或近端胫骨骨折的临床意义。方法将该院2012年3月—2015年3月收治的120例胫骨骨折患者分成对照组(60例,微创接骨板内固定系统手术)和观察组(60例,自定位微创接骨板内固定)。结果观察组的各项观察指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自定位微创接骨板内固定治疗中段或近端胫骨骨折疗效显著。

120 cases of tibial fractures in 2012.3 ~ 2015.3 patients were divided into control group（60 cases, minimally invasive bone） and observation group（60 cases, self localization of minimally invasive bone）.The indexes in observation group were better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The orientation of minimally invasive bone plate internal fixation treatment of middle or proximal tibial fracture curative effect is distinct.
