摘要 目的探讨微课在外科教学中的应用,评估其在临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2014年9—12月湖北科技学院的90名临床专业医学本科生,将学生随机分成对照组和观察组,每组45名。在进行外科教学时,对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组则在此基础上采用微课教学,引入多媒体技术和网络平台,比较两种教学模式的临床教学效果。结果经过一个学期的外科教学后,观察组学生在外科理论和操作考试成绩以及平时综合表现的评定成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,根据课程结束后学生对教学满意度的调查问卷的反馈结果,观察组经微课教学的学生满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科教学中引入微课教学方式,不仅有利于提高学生的出科成绩,并激发学生的学习兴趣,有利于促进专业水平的提升,同时学生对教学的满意度较高,值得在外科教学中加以推广。 Objective To explore the application of micro class in surgery teaching, evaluation and its value in clinical teaching. Methods a total of 2014 September to December 2014 Hubei Institute of science and technology of 90 clinical medical undergraduates, students were randomly divided into control group and observation group,(n = 45. In surgical teaching, the control group adopted conventional teaching mode, observation group on the basis of the micro teaching, the introduction of multimedia technology and network platform, between the two teaching mode of clinical teaching effect. Results after a semester teaching of surgery observed groups of students in surgery theory and operation of test scores and usually Comprehensive performance evaluation scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference with statistical significance(P〈0.05). At the same time, according to at the end of the course students on teaching satisfaction questionnaire feedback, observation group with micro teaching student satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion in surgical teaching introduction of micro teaching, is not only conducive to improving the students' grades and stimulate students' interest in learning, to promote the professional level, also students have high satisfaction of teaching, it is worth to be promoted in the surgery teaching.
