摘要
随着网络应用的普及和护理教学思想的逐渐深化,该研究在文献搜集、案例研究的基础上构建了以"明确主题、框架-情景引导-引导自主学习-组织小组学习-成果展现-评价与反馈"为程序的网络环境下护理管理学教学模式,实践证明此教学模式对激发学生参与兴趣、培养学生组织学习能力和理论指导实践能力具有显著的作用。
with the gradual deepening of network application and popularization of the nursing teaching thought, this paper collected in the literature, based on the case study of constructed to ＂clear theme, frame- situational Guide- Guide autonomous learning- group study results show evaluation and feedback for program under the network environment the nursing management science＂ Teaching mode. Practice has proved that this teaching mode to arouse the students＇ interests and cultivate students＇ organizational learning ability and the theory guiding practice ability has a significant role.
