医学生在实习期间的职业倦怠现象及心理状况研究

Research of Job Burnout and Psychological Status of Medical Students During Their Internship Period

目的研究医学生实习期间职业倦怠情况,观察其心理状况。方法选取120例2014年6月—2015年4月该校在某三甲医院实习的医学生为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)以及工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对医学生进行调查分析,观察医学实习生的职业倦怠现象以及心理状况。结果医学实习生情绪衰竭情况要优于马斯拉奇常模,而玩世不恭及成就感低落更容易引起医学实习生职业倦怠,P<0.05。医学实习生在躯体化方面与全国常模组对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;而在强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执以及精神病性方面得分则明显高于全国常模组,P<0.05。结论医学实习生普遍存在职业倦怠现象,而与同龄人相比心理状况也明显较差,应重视医学实习生心理教育,加强医学实习生的心理健康,树立正确的职业观、价值观。

Objective To study the job burnout of medical students during their internship period and observe their psychological status. Methods 120 medical students of making the internship from June 2014 to April 2015 in a top three hospital were selected. Through SCL-90 and MBI-GS, the job burnout and psychological status of medical students was observed.Results The evaluation score of emotional exhaustion for medical interns was better than that of MBI-GS; the job burnout of medical students was easily caused by their cynicism and lower sense of achievement（P〈0.05）;the evaluation score of somatization for medical interns was not signficantly different from the general group（P〉0.05）; the evaluation scores of obsessive-compulsive symptom, human relations, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paraphrenia, and mental disease for medical students was signficantly higher than that of general group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical interns generally have the job burnout. Their psycholigical status is poorer than that of the peers. It is necessary to enhance their psychological education, improve their mental health and set up the proper professional idea and value.
