门诊护理管理在医院感染控制中的作用

The Role of Outpatient Nursing Management in Hospital Infection Control

目的探讨分析门诊护理管理在医院感染控制中的作用。方法对该院2012年1月—2014年12月医院感染情况进行回顾性分析,自2014年1月起强化门诊护理管理,观察比较2012年、2013年、2014年的医院感染控制情况。结果 2014年环境卫生监测指标平均合格率为98.8%,明显高于2012年、2013年的91.0%、94.0%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年医院感染发生率为0.5%,与2012年、2013年的14.3%、12.3%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院感染控制中,门诊护理管理发挥着十分重要的作用,可以显著降低医院感染发生率,应得到各部门的重视,并予以普及应用。

Objective To explore the role of outpatient nursing management in hospital infection control. Methods The hospital infection in our hospital from January 2012 to December was analyzed retrospectively, and the clinical nursing management was strengthened from January 2014 to. It was observed and compared with the control of hospital infection in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Results 2014 environmental health indicators for monitoring the average pass rate of 98.8%, significantly higher than the 2012 and 2013 91.0%, 94.0%, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）; 2014 hospital infection rate is 0.5% and 14.3% in 2012, 2013, 12.3% compared to, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Outpatient nursing management plays an important role in the control of nosocomial infection. It can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
