地方高校人才引进:风险与规避

摘要 地方高校旨在通过人才引进优化师资结构、增强核心竞争力、促进学校发展,然而,受制于地方高校制度机制缺陷、理念规划错位、信息不对称、市场缺陷和缺乏和谐校园氛围等,致使地方高校人才引进存在人才选聘风险、道德与学术风险、人岗匹配与收益风险、人才摩擦与流失风险等。地方高校为规避人才引进风险应强化制度机制建设、合理定位科学规划、提升管理人员风险管理能力、营造和谐校园文化氛围和加强成本收益核算。 Local colleges and universities aim to optimize the structure of teachers, enhance the core competitiveness and promote the development of schools through talents introduction, however, limited by local colleges and universities institutional mechanisms defects, dislocation concept planning, information asymmetry, lack of market failure and harmonious campus atmosphere, etc., the talent introduction in local colleges and universities exists selecting talents, moral and academic risk, people post match the benefits and risks, friction and loss risk etc. Local colleges and universities to avoid Talent introduction of risk should strengthen the system mechanism, reasonable positioning scientific planning, improve the management of risk management capabilities, to create a harmonious campus cultural atmosphere and strengthen the cost of revenue accounting.
