豫北某三甲医院肾内科住院医师规范化培训的教学管理与实践

The Teaching Management and Practice of Standardized Training for Residents in Nephrology Department of a Top Three Hospital in the North Areas of Henan Province

肾内科疾病发病机制复杂、并发症多、临床表现多样,对于初次进行肾脏疾病轮转学习的规培医师来说常常存在困难。该文针对规培医师在肾内科教学管理中出现的各类问题及取得的经验进行总结,以期能对以后肾脏病专业规范化培训的临床教学提供借鉴。

Residents participating in standardized training have difficulty learning kidney disease because of the complicated pathogenesis, many complications and diverse clinical manifestations. In this paper, we summarize all kinds of problems and the experiences of the standardized training for residents in nephrology department, in order to provide reference for the clinical teaching management of the standardized training in nephrology department.
