关节镜手术与小切口肩峰成形术在肩峰撞击症治疗管理中的疗效比较

Therapeutic Effect of Arthroscopic and Small Incision Acromioplasty in the Management Treatment of Impingement Syndrome

目的评价关节镜手术与小切口肩峰成形术在肩峰撞击症治疗管理中的疗效。方法 2011年1月—2013年12月选择40例患者,分为小切口组和关节镜组,采用视觉模拟法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)进行肩关节评分,以完成10个日常活动的能力评价手术疗效,分别在术后第2天及术后3个月进行比较。结果术后第2天VAS评分关节镜组明显小于小切口组,P<0.05;术后3个月UCLA评分两组比较,P>0.05。结论关节镜下肩峰成形术疼痛轻,康复快,术后3个月肩关节功能恢复两组相似。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Arthroscopic and small incision acromioplasty efficacy in the management treatment of impingement syndrome. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013, 40 patients were divided into small incision groups and arthroscopic incision group, visual analog（VAS） was usied to evalue the pain degree, the University of California at Los Angeles（UCLA） was carried out shoulder score, surgical efficacy was evalued by finishing 10 days daily activity ability, comparing in the second day and three months after surgery. Results VAS scores of arthroscopic incision group were significantly lower than small incision group in the second day after surgery, P〈0.05. UCLA score of the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion Arthroscopic acromioplasty was a little pain, quick recovery, compared with small incision, shoulder function recovery were similar after three months.
