摘要 目的对UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪使用常见问题及预防对策进行分析与研究。方法选取2013年10月—2014年12月在该院进行尿液分析患者100例,分别给予显微镜检测分析和UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪分析,对检查结果进行分析。结果 UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检查结果假阳性比例、检查操作时间、检查费用高于显微镜检查结果,统计学分析后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中自动分析仪检查结果中盐类结晶、尿液混浊、尿样本管底或管壁有异状突起、仪器使用前不清洗导致假阳性比例显著高于其他没有此类显现的假阳性比例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于尿液分析患者应用UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪可发生假阳性结果,假阳性比例相对较高,但对于应用UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪进行尿液检查时应注意对假阳性的结果的分析和鉴别,同时对假阳性患者或是临床症状较重患者及时给予显微镜检查。 Objective To analyze and study the common problems and prevention strategies of UF-500 i automated urinalysis analyzer. Methods 100 patients in our hospital for urinalysis from October 2013 to December 2014 were selected, and they used microscopy analysis and UF-500 i automated urinalysis analyzer respectively; the results of the examination were analyzed. Results The proportion of false positive test results, operation time, and inspection fees of using UF-500 i sediment analyzer were higher than microscopic examination, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Wherein the automatic analyzer test results, salt crystals, cloudy urine, foreign matter of urine samples on the bottom or on the wall of tube, without cleaning before using lead to false positive ratio was significantly higher in the absence of such apparent false positive ratio, there was a statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients of urinalysis UF-500 i automated urinalysis analyzer can lead to false positive results and has a relatively high proportion of false positive cases, but for the application of UF-500 i automated urinalysis analyzer we should pay attention to false-positive results analysis and identification, and give microscopic examination in time for false-positive patients or patients with severe clinical symptoms.
