应用经腹经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的准确率提高研究

Accurate Rate of Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy by Transvaginal Ultrasound

目的探析经腹经阴道超声检查对提高宫外孕诊断准确率的临床价值。方法选择2013年8月—2014年8月期间该院收治的85例宫外孕患者为研究对象,分别对其进行经阴道超声(TVS)和经腹超声(TAS)检查,比较两种方法诊断准确率。结果 TVS的诊断准确率明显高于TAS,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两种检查方式在流产型和未破裂型检出率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上联合经腹经阴道超声诊断宫外孕能够有效提高诊断准确率,对制定针对性治疗方案有着极其重要的意义。

Objective To explore abdominal transvaginal ultrasound for improving the clinical value of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis accuracy. Methods In August 2013- August 2014 our hospital during the period of 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object, separately carries on the transvaginal ultrasound（TVS） and abdominal ultrasound（TAS）check, compare two methods of diagnostic accuracy. Results The diagnostic accuracy of TVS was obviously higher than that of TAS, compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; At the same time, the two examination ways in abortion type and unruptured type detection rate comparison difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined abdominal clinical transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, to develop targeted treatment has very important significance.
