社区糖尿病健康教育的探讨

目的探讨社区糖尿病健康教育的意义,提高糖尿病患者对疾病的认知程度及自我保健意识。方法选取在2013年7月—2015年7月来社区医院进行治疗的89例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,结合多学科对所有入选患者进行"糖尿病知识宣讲活动,社区糖尿病自我保健活动"及"糖尿病咨询门诊"等多形式的健康教育,并采用自主问卷方式对患者的疾病相关知识掌握程度进行测评,比较糖尿病患者在健康教育干预前后对疾病的认知程度及自我保健意识水平。结果对入选的89例糖尿病患者进行社区健康教育后,患者的疾病认知程度和自我保健意识与干预前相比均明显提高,且患者的空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平较干预前均有显著改善,患者的糖尿病发生率和并发症发生情况也得到有效控制。结论对社区糖尿病患者采取以糖尿病知识教育为主,同时以糖尿病血糖监测、诊疗、咨询为辅的"社区糖尿病健康教育活动"能明显提高患者对疾病的认知程度,并形成良好的自我保健意识,同时还能有效地控制糖尿病患者的血糖相关指标及并发症的发展变化,可作为社区糖尿病预防的一种保健模式,值得推广。

Objective To study the significance of community diabetes health education, increase the degree of the cognition to the disease patients with diabetes and self health care consciousness. Methods Selected in July 2013—July 2015 to community hospital for treatment of 89 cases of diabetic patients as the research object, combining the multidisciplinary for all selected patients to preach ＂diabetes knowledge＂, ＂community diabetes self-care activities＂ and ＂diabetes counseling outpatient service＂ and the forms of health education, more independent and USES the questionnaire survey to the patient＇s disease related knowledge level is evaluated, compared with diabetes in the cognition of disease before and after health education intervention and self health care consciousness level. Results Selected 89 cases of patients with diabetes in community health education, patients＇ disease cognition compared with before intervention and self health care consciousness were significantly improved, and the patient＇s level of fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin levels were improved significantly, compared with before. The incidence of diabetes and complications in patients with situation is under control. Conclusion The diabetic patients in community to give priority to with diabetes knowledge education, at the same time with diabetes blood sugar monitoring, diagnosis and treatment, consultation and auxiliary ＂diabetes health education activities of the community＂ can obviously increase the cognition of disease patients, and form a good self health care consciousness, but also can effectively control the development of the related parameters of blood sugar and complications of diabetes mellitus change, can be used as diabetes prevention of a community care mode, is worth promoting.
